This Content Creation Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between Normi, a fashion and lifestyle brand (hereinafter referred to as “the Brand”), and the individual receiving, wearing, and promoting Normi apparel (hereinafter referred to as “the Creator”).

By entering into this agreement, the Creator willingly acknowledges and accepts their role as a visible and influential representative of the Brand’s public image. The Creator agrees to promote Normi in a manner that is not only aesthetically aligned with the Brand’s identity but also intentional, authentic, and consistent across designated social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram and TikTok.

1. Purpose

The fundamental purpose of this agreement is to establish mutual clarity and structure regarding the expectations and responsibilities of both parties when Normi apparel is received and promoted. This agreement outlines the Creator’s obligation to actively represent Normi through elevated, visually compelling, and socially engaging content.

The Creator agrees to serve as a digital ambassador of the Brand, providing creative, stylish, and thoughtful representations of Normi’s products. This partnership is founded upon shared values of authenticity, creativity, and commitment to high standards in visual storytelling within the fashion and influencer industries.

2. Content Requirements

The Creator hereby agrees to fulfill the following deliverables and social media obligations:

• Publish a minimum of one (1) high-quality, styled image or video prominently featuring themselves wearing Normi clothing on their main Instagram feed or as an Instagram Reel.

• Publish at least one (1) video on TikTok showcasing the Normi apparel in a fashion-forward, polished, and visually appealing context.

• All content must clearly and tastefully highlight the Normi garment(s), ensuring they are the focal point of the visual presentation.

• The Creator must tag @normi.co directly in the post caption and in the media (if tagging within the image/video is available).

• The post caption must include the hashtag #abnnormi to support discoverability and maintain cohesive brand visibility.

• Additional content such as Instagram Stories, photo dumps, or behind-the-scenes footage is welcomed and appreciated but does not replace the primary deliverables unless explicitly approved by the Brand.

• All required posts must remain publicly visible on the Creator’s social profile(s) for a minimum duration of thirty (30) consecutive days following publication.

3. Timeline for Posting

The Creator agrees to complete all posting obligations within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date the Normi apparel is received. Timely execution of this commitment is essential to maintaining a professional standard and alignment with the Brand’s marketing calendar.

Any circumstances that may reasonably cause a delay—such as illness, travel, or unforeseen technical issues—must be communicated in writing and in advance to the Brand for review and approval. A failure to communicate within a timely manner may be deemed a breach of this agreement.

4. Rights and Usage

Upon submission and publication of any content created under this agreement, the Creator grants Normi a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, modify, distribute, and promote said content for any lawful marketing or commercial purpose.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Social media reposts and campaign integrations on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and other digital platforms

• Email newsletters, website galleries, and editorial-style blogs

• Paid advertising initiatives across social media, web, or print

• Brand lookbooks, catalogs, and printed promotional material

The Brand reserves the right to crop, format, stylize, and otherwise alter the content as needed for brand consistency, while making reasonable efforts to credit the Creator wherever appropriate.

5. No Additional Compensation for Viral Content

The Creator understands and agrees that no further compensation—monetary or otherwise—will be issued in connection with the content’s engagement performance or reach. Whether the content receives minimal interaction or becomes widely viral, the compensation and terms of this agreement shall remain fixed and final. This ensures transparency, fairness, and alignment of expectations between both parties from the outset.

6. Failure to Fulfill Agreement

By accepting Normi apparel, the Creator formally enters into a legally binding agreement to deliver all required content within the specified fourteen (14) day period. Failure to honor these terms without prior written approval constitutes a breach of contract under applicable civil contract law, enforceable in the jurisdiction of either the Brand or the Creator.

In the event of non-compliance, the following terms shall apply:

• The Creator will be required to either:

a) Return all apparel in its original, unworn, and undamaged condition within fourteen (14) days of receipt; or

b) Reimburse the Brand for the full retail value of all items received.

• Failure to return or pay for the apparel may result in the Brand pursuing legal remedies, including but not limited to:

• Initiating proceedings in small claims court or filing a civil lawsuit to recover the value of goods and associated damages

• Seeking injunctive relief or other equitable remedies where applicable

• Pursuing recovery of legal and administrative fees incurred as a result of enforcing this agreement

• The Creator will also be permanently barred from participating in any future Normi partnerships or campaigns, and the Brand reserves the right to take reasonable measures to protect its reputation and business interests in the event of intentional misconduct or non-cooperation.

This clause is intended not as a punitive measure, but as a necessary protection for the Brand’s investment of time, inventory, and trust. Normi strives to build long-term, values-aligned relationships with its creative partners. Adherence to the agreement reflects mutual professionalism and opens doors for continued collaboration.

7. Agreement and Acknowledgment

By signing below—or by receiving, retaining, and publicly wearing Normi products—the Creator acknowledges that they have read this agreement in full, understand its terms, and agree to abide by all obligations described herein.

This is a professional and collaborative relationship based on trust, transparency, and shared creative goals. Both parties commit to honoring the integrity of this partnership.
